Apple Annie's Orchard

Location

Willcox, Arizona

Nestled in the high desert of Willcox, Arizona, Apple Annie’s Orchard is a beloved destination for families, foodies, and anyone seeking an Arizona farm experience. Just under two hours from Tucson, this family-run farm offers a delightful mix of seasonal produce, homemade treats, and festive events that celebrate Arizona’s agricultural heritage.

Our favorites things:
1. Pick-Your-Own Produce: From July through October, visitors can hand-pick tree-ripened apples, peaches, and pears at the orchard on W. Hardy Rd. The nearby farm on W. Williams Rd. offers a bounty of vegetables, sweet corn, and pumpkins straight from the vine.

2. Seasonal Festivals: Apple Annie’s hosts a variety of events, including the Apple Harvest Celebration, the Sweet Corn Extravaganza, and the Fall Pumpkin Celebration. These festivals feature activities like hayrides, a 12.5-acre corn maze, and green chile roasting.

3. Delicious Eats: The Orchard Grill serves up weekend favorites like apple-smoked burgers and all-you-can-eat pancake breakfasts. Don’t miss the homemade apple pies, cider donuts, and refreshing apple cider slushies.

4. Year-Round Country Store: Open daily, the Country Store on N. Circle I Rd. offers fresh-baked pies, apple bread, jams, and unique gifts. It’s the perfect stop to grab a treat or a souvenir.

Apple Annie’s will open for the season in early July, kicking things off with delicious peaches. Apples and pears will start ripening in August.
