Why Willcox Wine Country?

Located in the high desert of southeastern Arizona, Willcox Wine Country benefits from an exceptional climate for grape growing. With elevations over 4,000 feet, the region enjoys warm days, cool nights, and well-drained soils—ideal conditions for producing high-quality wine grapes. It is home to a diverse array of varietals, including Rhône varietals like Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre, as well as Malbec, Tempranillo, and Petit Verdot. These elements combine to create a wine region that stands out not just in Arizona but nationally.
